About The Role
The Event Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing Worldly’s event strategy across third-party industry events, partner events, and Worldly-hosted experiences such as webinars, in-person networking events and forums, and Worldly’s annual Customer Forum. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing our brand presence, generating demand/pipeline, and driving customer engagement globally.
This is an individual contributor role, with a strong focus on cross-functional collaboration with internal stakeholders across teams including marketing, sales, and product.
What You'll Do
Event Strategy & Planning
Develop a comprehensive event strategy, including third-party sponsorships, hosted experiences, and digital activations.
Research, evaluate, and prioritize industry and partner events that align with Worldly’s thought leadership and revenue goals.
Maintain a centralized event calendar and ensure alignment with marketing, sales, and product initiatives.
Event Execution & Management
Third-Party Events: Manage sponsorships, logistics, and on-site execution to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.
Worldly-Hosted Events: Lead the planning and execution of Worldly-hosted webinars, in-person networking events, and forums.
Oversee all event logistics, vendor relationships, contracts, budgets, and internal coordination.
Drive seamless execution of Worldly’s annual Customer Forum, working with agency partners and internal teams to create engaging content and experiences.
Promotion & Engagement
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive event attendance and engagement before, during, and after events.
Work closely with content, design, and digital teams to develop compelling promotional materials.
Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to maximize event participation and follow-up engagement.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Establish and track event performance metrics, including lead generation, pipeline impact, customer engagement, and brand visibility.
Analyze post-event data and provide actionable insights to refine future event strategies.
We'd Like to See
5+ years of experience in event marketing, preferably in a SaaS or B2B environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
Proven experience in developing a holistic event strategy.
Experience managing third-party event sponsorships, logistics, and vendor relationships.
Proficiency in project management and event marketing tools, marketing automation, and CRM platforms. Experience with Asana and Hubspot is a plus.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Experience with global events and virtual/hybrid event formats is a plus.
Ability to travel (including Internationally) for key events.

Compensation Overview
Base Rate: $120,000 - $130,000 USD Annually
Bonus: 10% annually
