Partnership Manager

As a Partnership Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get the most value from our products and services. You will be responsible for building strong relationships within the European Automotive and Mobility space, driving customer success, and identifying growth opportunities. This role requires a mix of technical understanding, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Accountabilities:

  • Be the focal point for all day to day operational queries with our affinity partner clients
  • Ensure partner performance standards are achieved
  • Ensure revenue plans and income results are achieved
  • Manage relationships with our corporate partners and ensure outcomes are mutually beneficial in terms of growth and return
  • Identify new opportunities and work with stakeholders to shape commercially viable responses
  • Understand key performance data and use this information to drive activity to support overall plan objectives
  • Provide commercial and technical guidance to wider sales and proposition development activity
  • Contribute to annual and other periodic planning 
  • Collaborate with the platform product teams to harness the innovation power of Wrisk
  • Ensure all activity is compliant at all times

Experience:

  • MUST: Motor Insurance and/or Automotive Financial Services experience
  • MUST: First experience of managing corporate partnership and affinity relationships (B2B2x)
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management/sales or a consulting firm

Requirements:

  • Commercially aware and able to effectively represent Wrisk’s interests and requirements
  • Operationally numerate - able to understand and interpret data and key performance indicators
  • Well developed communication, presentation (incl. powerpoint) and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills and a good sense for predicting/ identifying and raising potential issues
  • Must be fluent in German and English; fluency in additional languages is preferred
  • A problem solver, able to originate creative solutions
