HELP US HELP THE WORLD AGREE FASTER

Juro has big ambitions: to become the go-to platform for agreeing and managing contracts globally. And we'll need help doing it.

Legal tech is on the rise, with Goldman Sachs estimating that 44% of legal tasks can be automated with generative AI. With the brand we have built and the agility of early stage we are well placed to capture this opportunity.

Companies in the Americas region represent 40% of our customers — and growing. So we’ve opened a US headquarters in Boston to serve existing customers and accelerate growth. We’re hiring multiple roles locally (like this one), as well as moving UK staff to Boston.

We've also experienced top-tier growth at Juro — doubling our revenue in 2022, achieving solid growth in what was a challenging market in 2023 and really accelerating again in 2024.

To keep accelerating in 2025, we’re building an Account Executive team in the US.

Your role is to empower and drive new business growth at Juro. That means:

-Hit monthly ARR targets that align with our 2025 goals and beyond.

-Contribute to our overall growth by meeting your sales quota and share your knowledge with the broader sales team.

-Showcase our product to key decision-makers in legal, operations, finance, sales, and HR.

We care about building a diverse team where everyone feels they belong. That’s why our perks & benefits and choice-first work approach are designed with inclusivity in mind. Read more in our diversity, inclusion & belonging hub.

WHO WE LOOK FOR

Research shows that while men apply to jobs if they meet ~60% of criteria, women and those in traditionally under-represented groups tend to apply only if they check all boxes. So if you think you have what it takes but don't meet every single point above, please still get in touch. We'd love to have a chat and see if you could be a great fit.

You have been part of a journey where:

-You’ve sold legal tech solutions to B2B customers.

-You’ve worked in an international business — that means either a HQ overseas (preferably the UK or Europe), or subsidiaries outside US whose teams you work closely with day-to-day.

-You've carried a quota of around $750-950k at a SaaSscale-up (Series A-D).

-You’ve seen a high velocity sales motion with a 30-60 day sales cycle.

-You've sold deals in the mid-market ca. $25-50k annual contract value.

On top of that, we look for people whose approach to work aligns with our values & behaviours. For this role, we particularly value:

-Agility & resourcefulness: You're self-sufficient, tackle challenges head-on and persevere until solutions are found. With a drive to improve and a history of embracing risks, you're all about finding creative ways to succeed. (Strive to Deliver)

-Emotional intelligence: You're empathetic and socially aware — an excellent listener who remains calm under pressure. (Be More Human)

-Gravitas & Magnetism: You're charismatic and passionate with an ability to steer authentic and captivating discussions. (Be More Human)

-Intellectual acumen: You're articulate, logical, and concise in communication and explanations. You communicate with clarity, thoughtfulness, and possess the ability to grasp and convey the bigger picture. (Keep it Simple)

-Coachability: You're humble, open to learning, and value diverse perspectives. You're committed to constant improvement and embrace feedback. (Love the Details)

This job likely isn’t for you if:

-You’ve never worked for an international company / with colleagues abroad on a regular basis. You’ll be among the first of a small US team for Juro, so you’ll have to make the most of the timezone overlap.

-You’re uncomfortable working under ambiguity and things breaking, and expect everything (e.g. benefits) to operate smoothly from Day 1. We’re a startup coming to the US from abroad, so we’re learning as we go even as we try to get it right from the start.

-You’re used to an elbow mentality / “everyone’s a lone wolf” Sales mindset, and don’t want to share your US sales knowledge with your UK counterparts. At Juro, we win and fail together.

-There’s a mismatch in your quota, sales velocity or ACV — quotas lower than $600k, ≥90 day sales cycles and too high/low contract values usually struggle to ramp quickly compared to other candidates.

-You’re used to an elbow-mentality sales team — at Juro, we work and win together and we help each other out, so there’s no lone wolves.

-You’re used to selling with what’s often called a “sales-y” pitch — we sell to C-level legal and operations stakeholders, who tend to be highly allergic to this kind of approach.
