As a Manufacturing Technician at AbbVie, you will be responsible for various essential tasks such as shipping finished materials, maintaining inventory levels, sampling in-process and raw materials, and running the glass washer/autoclave. Additional duties include buffer/media preparation, equipment preparation (CIP/SIP), cell culture processes, column chromatography, and tangential flow filtration. This multifaceted role ensures that manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently in our high-quality biologics production facility.

To qualify for the Manufacturing Technician position at AbbVie, candidates should possess at least an Associate's degree in science or equivalent experience, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. A Bachelor’s degree in related fields such as engineering can substitute for some of that experience. Candidates are expected to apply their acquired job skills, follow established procedures, and require minimal instructions for routine tasks while being open to occasional deviations from accepted practices.
