Job Description

Opportunities Available:
Architecture & Design
- Contribute to high-rise developments, and landmark building projects.
- Work with cutting-edge design software like Revit and AutoCAD.
Project Management
- Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams on complex building projects.
- Ensure seamless execution from concept to construction.
Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, and Mechanical)
- Design and optimize infrastructure for built environments.
- Collaborate on high-impact projects.
Environmental Services
- Work on projects that drive sustainability, climate resilience, environmental impact assessments and soil and groundwater remediation.
Graduate & Internship Programs
- Gain hands-on experience working alongside industry leaders.

Qualifications
To be considered for opportunities with AECOM, we are looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree program (Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Studies, Project Management, or related fields).
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on complex projects.
- A collaborative mindset, eager to work in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to real-world projects.
- Passion for sustainability and innovation in the built environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt in an international work environment.
