Are you ready to enter the world of innovative FinTech SaaS? Aibidia is revolutionising the traditional world of tax with technology, is looking for passionate and driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our dynamic Growth team in the UK.
Your mission: To connect with key decision makers, from CFOs to Heads of Tax, at some of the world's largest enterprise companies. You'll discuss their initiatives in digitalisation and international taxation compliance. You'll research companies, contact prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn, and persuade them to participate in an Initial Qualifying Meeting with our Account Executive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Become knowledgeable with Aibidia’s industry, market, product, ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and KBPs (Key Buying Personas)
Use company-provided and approved tools such as (but not limited to) LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Engage, Salesforce, Leadfeeder etc. to contact KBPs within Aibidia’s target markets and ICPs to schedule platform demonstrations of sufficient quality to become qualified opportunities.
Meet the agreed KPIs for weekly activities and quarterly number of sales-qualified opportunities.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Must have:
A degree in STEM, Law, Economics, Business or related subjects
Prior SDR experience in an international-facing role
Strong history of quota attainment, with special focus on productivity metrics (number of phone calls, emails per week etc.)
Nice to have:
Additional languages (ideally German and/or French)
Some experience in tax, transfer pricing or consulting at a Big 4 company
Experience with “creative” cold outreach (e.g. video messages)
Good social media presence on LinkedIn.
