Summary
The Fleet Transactions Manager carries out a range of responsibilities to support the Fleet Department, including the management of aircraft and engine transactions, fleet analysis, participation in capital raising activities, and contract negotiation support.

Minimum Requirements
Combination of Education and Experience will be considered. Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986. Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Degree in relevant field.
Years of Experience: Minimum three (3) years of experience in a related activity, preferably in an aircraft/airline environment.
•Strong intellect, analytical skills, and managing multiple tasks.
•Strong negotiation skills in asset acquisitions and sales, effectively resolving commercial and technical disputes at favorable terms.
•Excellent oral and written communication skills required to effectively manage large, multi-party, internal and external projects.
•Attention to detail in all tasks.
•Must embrace hard work and be comfortable with a fast paced, quickly changing work environment.
•Strong Excel modeling skills.
•Proficiency in all MS Office products.
•Ability and willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
Preferred Requirements
•Advanced degree, or CPA certification.
•Experience in Aviation/Airline Industry.
Job Duties
•Perform and assemble analysis of new and/or supplemental aircraft types.
•Assist with the origination, negotiation, and documentation of aircraft acquisitions.
•Assist in the disposal of aircraft and aircraft-related assets.
•Perform lease vs. buy, valuation and other aircraft related analysis.
•Carry out contract management tasks following purchases and leases, such as handling reimbursements, notifying owners or sellers, and coordinating financial details with accounting.
•Coordinate and oversee all transaction related documentation pertaining to aircraft, including sales and purchase agreements, leases, and other related records.
•Manage lease activities of Allegiant’s asset management subsidiary.
•Assist Allegiant’s capital raising activities.
•Negotiate and resolve contractual and/or technical issues, as required.
•Address aircraft registration matters for the United States and other international jurisdictions.
•Interact with maintenance, accounting, flight operations, in-flight services, and station operations and frequently communicate with external aircraft suppliers, financial institutions, and providers of aircraft-related services.
•Propose and implement process improvements to drive automation within the department.
•Complete fleet transactions in accordance with internal and external controls.
•Support planning and budgeting for fleet capital expenditures forecast.
•Ensure any direct reports understand and apply our Customer Commitment and customer service standards to their daily responsibilities, as appropriate.
•Model Allegiant’s customer service standards in personal actions and when providing leadership direction.
•Other duties as assigned.

Office - While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, see, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, key board, printer, and phone. May be required to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 20 lbs. May be required to work various shifts/days in a 24-hour situation. Regular attendance is a requirement of the role. Exposure to moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phones, printers, and foot traffic), temperature and light fluctuations. Ability to work in a confined area as well as the ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time. Some travel may be a requirement of the role.
