Operation Safety Manager

The Operational Safety Manager at Wayve will oversee safety risk management, incident investigation and resolution, conduct audits and ensure compliance with German and EU safety regulations, promote safety culture, and develop comprehensive training programs. Wayve seeks candidates for the Operational Safety Manager role with at least 5 years of experience in incident investigation and operational safety. A strong background in regulatory standards, human factors related to vehicle interfaces, and the ability to craft and implement safety policies is essential.
