Distribution & Sales Summer Internship 2025 | Hybrid

The right candidate will have opportunities ranging from working with the Allianz Internal Sales Consultants who handle inbound and outbound telephone calls from independent Financial Professionals, to working with our internal data/analytics team to see firsthand how data drives a successful sales organization! This experience will provide exposure to all facets of the Financial Sales & Distribution world as well as Allianz as a business.

What you bring:

• We desire students that have the passion and drive to be part of a high performing sales team.
• Students should be working toward a degree in Communications, Economics, Business Administration or other related business field.
• The right candidate will possess good judgment and analytical skills, strong follow-up and organizational skills, excellent sales and service orientation, plus exceptional communication and relationship management skills. All of which are keys to success within Sales & Distribution at Allianz.

Hourly Rate: $20-22/hour

Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, and internal equity of peers.
