Men's Apparel Design Intern

OVERVIEW

Are you ready to dive into the dynamic world of design? Our Men's Design internship offers hands-on experience in the design industry within a corporate office setting. We're looking for enthusiastic interns who are eager to learn, get their hands dirty, and contribute to our creative process. From assisting with organization to collaborating on design projects, interns will gain valuable skills while working alongside experienced professionals.

The 8-week Alo internship programs starts June 9th and ends August 1st. Interns will be working 40 hours a week at our Beverly Hills HQ. 

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Assist the design team with organization and preparation for deadlines and reviews.
  • Dive into projects with enthusiasm, whether it's cleaning up files, running errands, or lending a hand wherever needed.
  • Get creative with Illustrator and Photoshop for design projects as required.
  • Work closely with the color team to learn about color theory and assist with color-related tasks.
  • Take on projects with passion, whether it's CAD work or collaborating with merchandising partners.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing a BA in Apparel Design or Merchandising.
  • Enrolled in school during the internship period.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suites and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Illustrator and PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) systems is a plus.

The compensation for this position is $25 per hour.
