The Remote BCBA at AnswersNow works full-time, generally Monday to Friday, but with the possibility to substitute weekend days for weekday shifts to accommodate client needs. You will be required to maintain a total of 40 hours weekly, with core working hours from 4 PM to 9 PM Eastern, and you must achieve a minimum of 27 billable hours per week to ensure client support needs are met effectively.
