About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and collaborative Delivery Manager to join our Platform team and help us ensure the successful delivery of the team’s priorities according to timescales agreed with stakeholders. The remit and focus of the role is to work closely with business sponsors and stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensure the Platform Engineering team has clear deliverables and are delivering to timescales. It’s a broad and exciting role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you’re an effective communicator and a diligent person, this is the role for you.


Core responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business stakeholders to understand goals and KPIs for the team
  • Work closely with the platform engineering team to ensure clear deliverables and clear understanding of requirements
  • Track progress over time, and provide clear communication of progress and issues to stakeholders
  • Aid with delegation and assignment of responsibilities within the engineering team to ensure delivery to timescales
  • Aid engineering team with interfacing with stakeholders to deal with issues and change requests


About you

  • Experience of delivering complex software projects
  • Experience with agile software delivery environments
  • Experience in complex task management across engineering teams
  • A positive and proactive attitude to problem solving 
  • A team player, willing to muck in and help others when needed, driven personality who asks questions and actively participates in discussions
  • Good written and spoken English so you can present your ideas - our HQ is based in London

Bonus skills

  • Past experience with enterprise solutions
  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology or other agile development processes
