Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-tier support to our partnered clients and companies. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, attention to detail, and proactiveness. The ideal candidate will excel in managing multiple priorities within a rapidly evolving startup environment.

Responsibilities

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, invoicing, payroll, and correspondence.
Serve as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for meetings and executive communications.
Plan and coordinate meetings, ensuring proper agenda preparation, logistics management, and follow-up actions.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
Manage special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by executives.
Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across internal departments.
Assist in event planning and execution for executive-level meetings and corporate events.
Conduct research and compile data to support executive decision-making.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM tools, Excel, and project management software (including invoicing tools).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to anticipate needs, exercise sound judgment, and take initiative.
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines with efficiency and accuracy.
Previous experience working with US-based clients/companies or in a startup environment is a plus.
