Compensation: At Bath Fitter, we believe in rewarding your skills and growth! Here’s what to expect:

  • Training Pay: Paid training while you learn to be a Certified Bath Fitter Installer!
  • Performance-Based Pay: Once certified, your compensation will be a % of the value of the jobs you install, increasing % as you advance through certification levels.
  • Additional Productivity Pay: Earn extra % based on hours worked.
  • Service Work: You will earn hourly pay for any additional service-related tasks.

 

What You'll Do
As an Installer, you will:

  • Install premium Bath Fitter products in just one day.
  • Deliver accurate and professional installation services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Educate customers on care and maintenance of their new installation.
  • Keep your work area clean, respect customer property, and adhere to Bath Fitter’s standards.

Skills & Experience You Bring

  • Carpentry Expertise: 2+ years in carpentry, trim carpentry, construction, or in-home renovations.
  • Precision & Tools: Skilled in using tape measures, levels, power tools, and basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus.
  • Reliability: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively, demonstrate professionalism, and commit to safety standards.
