Our business units and companies specialize in media management and performance advertising, research and development of advanced e-commerce solutions, and the production of just-in-time and made-to-order clothing.

To carry forward our mission, we are looking for a Founder’s Executive to join our team.

WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF

• Support the CEO in the execution of strategic initiatives, including research, analysis, and project management.

• Identify business opportunities, manage follow-ups, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

• Act as an intermediary between the CEO, the founders, and external partners, maintaining diplomatic and effective communication.

• Draft presentations, reports, and correspondence to articulate the company’s vision and progress.

• Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and ensure assigned tasks are completed on time.

• Contribute to business development efforts by identifying potential partnerships and market opportunities.

• Stay up to date with business trends and national and international events to attend in order to expand and maintain the network.

• Implement best practices in line with the company’s strategy and values.

WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH

• A proactive, sharp attitude with problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.

• Business-proficient English level

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with various stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

• Experience in business development, project management, or similar roles is highly valued.

• High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information with care.

• Growth mindset, a desire to learn, and a willingness to take on new challenges.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in large-scale project management.

• Previous international work experience.

• Experience working in a fast-evolving, growth-oriented environment.
