Talent Sourcer and Operations Intern

To continue driving our mission forward, we are looking for a Talent Sourcer and Operations Intern to join our People & Culture team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with our hiring managers, the TA team, and our Head of People to understand specific hiring needs and the requirements of open positions

  • Strategy Support: Monitor labor market trends and identify and propose effective and innovative sourcing strategies. Create and manage innovative recruiting campaigns to attract passive talent.

  • Sourcing and Attraction: Identify, attract, and engage highly qualified talent that matches business needs. Leverage advanced sourcing technologies and tools, including social media platforms and artificial intelligence software, to optimize the search process.

  • Talent Pipeline Development and Management: Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines by implementing advanced sourcing strategies, including web research (X-ray, Boolean), AI tools, and coding platforms such as GitHub or Stack Overflow.

  • Operational Support and Recruiting Tools Management: Oversee and manage ATS systems and other technological tools to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the selection process. Collaborate with external vendors for the implementation and optimization of Talent Acquisition tools.

  • First Interview: Conduct preliminary phone interviews to assess candidates’ skills and suitability.

  • Talent Pool: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future positions through the use of ATS.

  • Engagement and Branding: Participate in special projects and employer branding activities to enhance the company's visibility in the job market, including participating in industry events.

  • Networking: Establish and cultivate relationships with industry professionals to expand the talent network. Participate in or organize events to connect with potential candidates.

  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI): Collaborate with the TA team and the Head of People to implement sourcing strategies that promote diversity and inclusion within the selection process.

  • Data & Analytics: Implement an up-to-date candidate database and track sourcing activities. Use data analysis to create regular reports on sourcing metrics, the labor market, and the success of implemented strategie, in order to continuously improve processes.

What We Would Like You To Bring With You

  • Degree in Psychology, Economics, Languages, Literature, Law, or similar;

  • Familiarity with sourcing and recruiting tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, etc.);

  • Experience or desire to join a fast-growing and scaling team;

  • Extensive knowledge of the English language (B2/C1);

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;

  • Highly developed stakeholder management abilities;

  • Proficiency in using talent acquisition tools and technologies;

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team;

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;

  • Analytical mindset while also being creative and solution-oriented.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in large-scale project management;

  • Previous experience abroad;

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
