The Bosch Engineering Centre of Budapest has been established in 2001. More than 4000 engineers are working together on numerous complex automotive products from every side of vehicles. As an unique location you can recognize various fields of engineering from software to mechanical or hardware product development. Your ideas will be part of products which are representing state of art mobility technologies.

Your contribution to something big

►Your target is to successfully bring our products from acquisition to series production, so that our customers world-wide benefit from the best of our technology

►You ensure the right balance between customer satisfaction and product feasibility by agreeing on project targets with all stakeholders, including customer, engineering sales and production

►You plan, track and execute to achieve project targets, applying tools like quality, scope, change and risk management to ensure project success

►You get the best project results by leading your international, cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, manufacturing, quality, technical purchasing and controlling

►You help us make the right decisions at the right time by regularly and transparently reporting project status to customers and management

►Your entrepreneurial mind-set helps you achieving financial targets and you secure future business through your high customer orientation

What distinguishes you

►You have a degree in engineering, management or similar and a good experience in managing projects for the automotive or similar industry

►Without a time-plan you feel very uncomfortable and risk management is your middle name

►Your listen to understand and communicate clearly both verbally and in written

►Your customer trusts you and your team supports you, also in difficult situations

►The word responsibility doesn’t make you sweat and you make decisions based on your team and network of experts

►You learn and adapt to new environments through flexibility and self-reflexion

►You are fully effective in English and/or German
