Main objective of the job:                                       

• Define target processes, lead training initiatives, develop comprehensive documentation, manage technical and functional data requirements, and apply data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and foster innovation in credit management.

General responsibilities:

• Assess and document current credit management processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement;
• Define target state processes incorporating industry best practices and leveraging SAP Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) and ServiceNow capabilities;
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of internal and external processes to identify candidates for digital transformation;
• Evaluate and recommend leading practices and technologies for credit management processes;
• Develop and implement a detailed action plan for digital transformation, including tools, technologies, and an execution roadmap;
• Collaborate with technical experts to deploy IT solutions aligned with transformation roadmaps;
• Lead the optimization of credit risk management, collections, and dispute resolution processes through digital initiatives;
• Design and deliver training programs to educate global teams on processes, tools, and SAP functionalities;
• Develop detailed documentation, including process guidelines and role descriptions, to facilitate knowledge sharing;
• Promote the adoption of best practices across the organization to drive continuous improvement;
• Leverage data analytics, machine learning, and automation tools to enhance credit management decision-making;
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure the success and impact of transformation initiatives;
• Act as a technical advisor to worldwide departments, improving credit management processes across the organization;
• Engage with stakeholders across various domains, including:
  • Credit, Receivables, Cash Application, and Billing Service Owners.
  • Process Excellence B2C teams globally (Purpose Teams, PST).
  • B2C Operations worldwide.
  • Central Finance (C/FIT).
  • BD/Technology teams.
  • BDB/S4 project teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field;
• 5-7 years of experience in credit management, financial supply chain management, or digital transformation roles;
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking);
• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile and customer-centric approaches like Design Thinking and UX Testing;
• Experience with SAP R/3, S/4HANA, or other relevant ERP systems;
• Knowledge of compliance requirements within billing processes;
• Strong analytical capabilities, including familiarity with data analytics, machine learning, and automation tools;
• Positive mindset able to solve problems, understanding and managing emotions, as well as empathizing with others;
• Highly adaptable, capable of working collaboratively across functions and in multicultural, international settings;
• Excellent communication skills.
