Brain Co. is at the leading edge of productionizing artificial intelligence for real world problems, propelling advancements and shaping the future with pioneering work. Our mission is to ensure that the transformative powers and automation of AI are applied to real world problems in various governments where manual work is still dominant. We are seeking visionary AI/ML Engineers with experience in GenAI and ML modeling, where you will convert groundbreaking research into real-world applications that revolutionize industries, boost human creativity, and address complex challenges.

About The Role
As a Product Manager at Brain Co., you’ll operate like a mini-GM and founder within your vertical—whether that’s Energy, Government, or Healthcare. You’ll own the product lifecycle end-to-end, from 0→1 product ideation to scaling globally impactful solutions. This role is for builders: individuals who blend sharp product thinking, AI fluency, and startup grit to bring transformative technology to industries hungry for innovation.

We’re looking for someone who can shape vision and strategy, but also dive deep—navigating ambiguity, aligning cross-functional teams, and shipping real-world solutions that make a measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and drive product strategy for your vertical, owning roadmap, outcomes, and user experience from inception to scale.

  • Collaborate with engineering, design, ops, and GTM teams to launch AI-powered products that solve urgent customer problems.

  • Partner directly with enterprise and government stakeholders to gather insights, test hypotheses, and deliver user-centric solutions.

  • Translate AI capabilities into intuitive, effective features that provide business value.

  • Drive complex cross-functional programs, balancing speed, quality, and iteration.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Product Vision & 0 → 1 Thinking

    • A track record of building 0→1 products—fast, lean, and customer-first.

    • Strong product instincts with an ability to identify what matters and cut through the noise.

    • Experience running product experiments, MVPs, and rapid iterations.

  • Customer Obsession

    • Deep empathy for end-users—especially in enterprise, government, or healthcare contexts.

    • Ability to build trust with external stakeholders and internal teams alike.

  • Execution & Ownership

    • High bias for action. You anticipate risks, remove roadblocks, and drive toward outcomes.

    • You take full ownership—of both problems and results

  • AI Fluency

    • Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and limitations.

    • Experience applying AI to solve real-world problems and communicating AI concepts in simple, usable ways.

Nice-To-Haves

  • 4-8+ years in product management, ideally at high-growth startups or as a founder.

  • Domain expertise

  • Advanced analytics skills or technical background

  • Experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives
