Position Summary...What you'll do...This is a full-time role based in Bentonville, Arkansas, in-office 5 days per week.About the TeamInnovation, curiosity, and learning are at the core of everything we do at Walmart, driving our commitment to serving our customers. Our goal is to supercharge our customer’s online shopping experience through immersive and engaging item page experiences, all to enhance and redefine our customer’s relationship with retail.We are a hard-working team that is passionate about delighting customers, changing the retail landscape, and driving innovation. We are looking for entrepreneurial, collaborative, and forward-thinking teammates to join us in our mission.About the RoleThe Director, Interactive Content Partnerships will report to the Sr. Director, eCommerce Item Experience. You’ll manage a mix of strategic and operational projects working cross-functionally across multiple departments throughout Walmart (e.g. leadership, product, design, engineering) and with external content partners to drive forward category-defining initiatives.We are looking for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategic partnerships, product management and creative product operations. You should be a self-starter, be comfortable breaking the status quo, know how to leverage associative thinking, can think big, and an excellent written and oral communicator.You’ll sweep us off our feet if:• Ways of Working:• Collaboration is your thing.
