Stellenbeschreibung

  • Recruiting: Du kümmerst dich um den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess deiner Stellen und sorgst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen dafür, dass wir in Berlin die besten Talente an Bord holen. Dazu gehören für dich die Auswahl von geeigneten Suchstrategien pro Zielgruppe und die Identifikation innovativer Ansätze (bspw. mit KI)
  • Employee Relations und Engagement: Du betreust ganzheitlich den Employee Life Cycle unserer 50 Berliner Mitarbeiter:innen inkl. Vertragsthemen, Mitarbeiter:innengesprächen sowie On- und Offboarding und behältst unsere Mitarbeitendenumfrage/Pulse Survey stetig im Blick
  • Beratung: Die Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter:innen sehen in dir die Ansprechperson, wenn es um personalrelevante Themen geht. Außerdem arbeitest du sehr eng mit der Berliner Geschäftsführung zusammen
  • Kultur: Du bist durch und durch Botschafter:in unseres Unternehmens und vertrittst BRANDUNG nach außen und innen mit Leidenschaft und prägst und gestaltest somit unser Miteinander
  • Strategische Mitarbeit: Du unterstützt das People & Culture Team bei der Umsetzung von abwechslungsreichen Projekten mit kreativen Ideen z. B. im Bereich Employer Branding oder Personalentwicklung

Qualifikationen

  • Erfahrung: Du hast schon mindestens 3 Jahre im Personalbereich gearbeitet und zuvor ein Studium im Bereich Personalmanagement, Psychologie oder einem verwandten Bereich abgeschlossen
  • Umfeld: Das digitale Umfeld ist dir nicht neu und die dynamische Arbeit in einer Digitalagentur motiviert dich. Außerdem schätzt du es sehr, mit den Kolleg:innen vor Ort in den Austausch zu gehen und bist gerne 2-3 Tage pro Woche im Berliner Office
  • Arbeitsweise: Deine Hands-On-Mentalität, die Fähigkeit zur guten Selbstorganisation, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Umsetzungsstärke zeichnen dich aus
  • Persönliche Stärken: Du bist aufgeschlossen, kontaktfreudig und ein Teamplayer, außerdem bringst du eine hohe Leistungsbereitschaft und Eigeninitiative mit
  • Englischkenntnisse: Du bist konversationssicher im Englischen und führst auch Bewerber:innen- oder Mitarbeiter:innengespräche in englischer Sprache
