HR Operations Coordinator - Fully Remote - Work From Anywhere! (Must have Italian HR experience)

We are a global employment platform looking for a HR Operations Coordinator with Italian HR experience to manage our Client Employees' HR operations. Join our fast-growing team committed to simplifying global employment.

Skills

  • Strong HR or People Operations background
  • Good understanding of employment laws
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of operating models
  • Experience in process automation

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end people operations processes for employees
  • Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding procedures
  • Draft and issue employment contracts
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws in various countries
  • Update and maintain internal HR systems

Education

  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field
