Product Integrations Specialist

The construction industry is facing a severe labor shortage. The industry is at an inflection point where they must reimagine talent and modernize their people strategy. Bridgit is the category leader for workforce planning and working with the largest and most sophisticated US general contractors. Although we have continued to gain traction since launching in 2019, there is significant opportunity ahead as we continue to innovate and broaden our offering. 

What you will do

As a Product Integrations Specialist, you will configure, implement and support our integration product offering. You will collaborate with the customer, sales, and onboarding teams to ensure our integrations are delivering optimal value. 

  • Implement customer integrations: Configure and deploy standardized customer integrations utilizing our low/no-code iPaaS platform.
  • Account setups & data processing: Set up customer accounts following established processes and requirements gathered by the onboarding, customer and sales team.
  • Integration operations & updates: Help monitor and maintain existing integrations to ensure their reliability, making updates to integrations as required.
  • Troubleshooting & support: Assist in identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting integration issues and errors.
  • Interface with customers: Communicate with customers to provide support and guidance on their integrations.
  • Documentation & best practices: Create detailed documentation for integrations, including data flows and troubleshooting guides. Advocate and enforce integration best practices and coding standards.
  • Problem-solve and innovate: identify areas for process improvements, automation, and optimization across our integration offering.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years experience working in SaaS
  • Prior experience working with API’s to extract, transform, and load data between SaaS platforms
  • You have experience working with at least one iPaaS, preferably Workato, alternatively Mulesoft, Boomi, etc. Experience with these tools is a plus, but not required
  • You are able to work with large, complex, data sets, drawing insights and making connections
  • You have experience assisting customers in overcoming technical challenges
  • You enjoy learning new technologies and solving problems
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience working with at least one development language (e.g. Python, Ruby, Javascript) would be advantageous
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
