Job Title: Property Listings Coordinator / Client Success – Commercial Real Estate
Location: Fully Remote
Type: Contractor, 40 hours per week
Position Overview: A leading US-based online commercial real estate marketplace is seeking a personable and proactive Client Outreach Specialist to engage with clients (brokers) and industry professionals, fostering relationships and ensuring listings are current. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys casual, friendly conversations, has a knack for connecting with people, and can comfortably engage clients about their listing activity. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position emphasizes relationship-building and maintaining industry connections rather than hard sales. We are looking for people with experience and knowledge of US commercial real estate and be able to talk to brokers casually about it. A high level knowledge of cap rates, general US regional markets, types of commercial properties, etc. is a huge plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Outreach & Relationship Building:
Reach out to clients with current or past listings to check in on activity, inquire about their needs, and confirm if they’re still active in the industry.
Engage with clients who haven’t listed in a while, reconnecting to understand their latest activities and ensuring open lines of communication.
Foster meaningful, casual conversations with clients, focusing on relationship-building and rapport rather than direct selling.
Listing Verification & Updates:
Verify and update existing listings, ensuring information remains accurate and up-to-date on the platform.
Identify new listing opportunities and provide clients with relevant information on how the platform can support their goals.
Market Insights & Client Feedback:
Gather insights from client conversations to share with internal teams, highlighting market trends or specific client needs.
Report client feedback to help improve platform usability and client experience.
Qualifications:
Experience:
At least 1 year of experience in the commercial real estate industry in some fashion, ideally related to the US markets.
1+ years in customer service, client outreach, or relationship management
You must be comfortable cold calling brokers and building relationships
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to engage in friendly, professional conversations.
Experience with CRM systems and real estate listing platforms (knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus).
Keen attention to detail, ensuring accurate listing updates and record-keeping.
