We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients and partners, educating them on nonprofit missions and encouraging support.
Business Development: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to grow our client base.
Fundraising Support: Help achieve fundraising targets by supporting outreach campaigns and engaging with donors.
Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing community and retail events that raise funds for nonprofits.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and event attendees.
Sales and Promotion: Promote participation in events and initiatives to drive awareness and support.
Data Tracking: Track donations and sales, ensuring accurate reporting of key performance metrics.
Team Collaboration: Work with the team to meet business goals and contribute to overall success.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and partners to improve future campaigns.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Passion for business development and supporting nonprofit causes.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or business development is a plus but not required.
Ability to manage time effectively and track donations accurately.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (this is a traveling position).
