Job Description

Design cutting-edge, high-quality, graphics to be used in digital and print media.
Execute creative work with professional competence with the ability to move seamlessly from one project to the next.

  • Create and design new and update existing communication materials for internal and external deployment.
  • Illustrates concept for review and approval by designing a rough layout of art and copy.
  • Maintains electronic files and archives of all design work, photos, and images.
  • Work with written copy to create infographics, collages, gifs, and graphics
  • Assist with various on-going talent brand and employer brand marketing projects as requested.
  • Collaborate with Talent Brand Marketing Manager to identify and work on areas of personal and professional growth and improvement.
  • Manage designs on all social media platforms to ensure uniformity in output.
  • Manage relationship with vendors, preparing specifications and obtaining estimates for final approval
  • Ensure compliance with design and oversee print production delivery.

Qualifications

  • Attached Digital portfolio showcasing a wide range of styles.
  • Minimum of three years relevant experience.
  • High degree of self-motivation and discipline.
  • Expert knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Possess a deadline-driven mentality to complete your work without supervision.
  • Exceptionally organized with a high attention to detail.
  • The ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members.
  • Result-driven and passionate about industry, client engagement, retention and brand management
  • Adapt to stay innovative and remain a constant student in every aspect of our business.
  • UX/UI design experience is a plus.
