Position Summary
The Event Supervisor position is a year-round, salaried position, reporting to the Front of House Manager.
Copper & Kings Distillery is seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Supervisor to oversee all aspects of internal and private events. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team, prospecting sales, engaging with the community, and managing the hiring, training, and retention of staff. Additionally, the Event Supervisor will continually develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs), collaborate with beverage and culinary managers on menu development and pricing, and focus on industry trends to intentionally and consistently improve event offerings.

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Physical Requirements: The employee frequently is required to sit or stand for long periods of time. The employee is occasionally required to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Frequent walking, including going up and down stairs and bending are required.
Work Environment: Working conditions at an event may require the employee to be outside for extended periods of time and/or occasionally in a kitchen with slippery floors. Irregular shifts, nights, weekends, and long hours may be required, particularly when working an event.

$61,700.00 - $90,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
