This position will lead and standardize our coaching model, providing regular, structured coaching across all centers to enhance teacher effectiveness and improve child outcomes. Responsible for supporting the Sr. Director of Programs and Center Directors in the achievement of NAEYC accreditation through assuring program compliance and quality. The salary range for this position is $59,735 - $79,746 annual depending on experience.
