  • Design best-in-class web layouts. You’ll create rapid prototypes to effectively communicate and validate design concepts, iterating quickly to bring ideas to life. You’ll push the boundaries of web design, developing resources that inspire millions to better understand Clay’s capabilities while ensuring the brand stands out in the market.

  • Push the boundaries of customer obsession with the brand. Our team thrives on creative freedom and constant innovation, always seeking new ways to improve—even when the approach is unconventional or unproven

What You'll Bring

  • Have 5+ years of experience in visual design for the web.

  • Experience building web experiences in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Webflow CMS, with familiarity with Three.js, GSAP, Next.js, and React development.

  • A strong attention to technical details and a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of the formal elements of graphic design, including typography, color, layout, and composition.

  • Thrive in web design—not just trends—but have the curiosity to stay educated on new technologies.

  • Can demonstrate strong skills in interface and interaction design through a portfolio of well-crafted work on interactive sites, design systems, data visualization, or similar.

  • Have a demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguity, quickly adapt to changes, manage your time, and prioritize your work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Are an excellent collaborator, keeping stakeholders informed and cross-functional teams aware of your work and progress.

  • Are an innovative, creative thinker who likes to push what's possible with interactive design.

  • Have the ability to accept feedback and refine your work with limited supervision, while maintaining an opinionated style and drive for web experiences.
