Demand and Capacity Planning Analyst

Trust unlocks our greatest potential.

For decades, the clearing of payments remained unchanged and unchallenged. We asked, what if there was a better way? What if we could make banking infrastructure faster, safer, more reliable, and easier to access for all? Here is where you can think radically and responsibly to find the best solution.

What happens when you know you’re inherently trusted? Trust creates safety. Safety encourages you to be brave, to challenge, to fail, to try new things and to execute. At ClearBank everything revolves around trust. We’re not expected to earn it, but we are expected not to break it. We’re trusted to own it. To solve issues in the moment. To know a good risk when we see one, and the judgement to know that ‘can’ doesn’t always mean you ‘should’.

What you can expect:

ClearBank is a place where you can do things differently and challenge the status quo. We will give you a high level of autonomy and transparency, and we trust you to make the right decisions for the bank.

If that excites you, how about joining our Operations Performance team as a Demand & Capacity Planning Analyst? Reporting to the Senior Operations Performance Manager, you will be responsible for analysing and forecasting demand, managing capacity planning, and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet business needs. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Analyse historical data and trends to forecast future demand for Operational Teams

• Develop and maintain capacity plans to ensure resources are aligned with demand forecasts

• Support business change and optimisation through detailed impact assessments and scenario modelling

• Report on business cost optimisation delivered through adjusted assumptions in capacity planning models

• Collaborate with operations, HR, product, technology, and finance teams to optimise resource allocation

• Identify potential capacity constraints and recommend solutions to mitigate risks

• Prepare and present reports and dashboards to senior management teams

• Continuously improve demand and capacity planning processes and tools

What you’ll bring:

To excel in this role, you’ll also need:

• Proven experience in demand forecasting, capacity planning, or a similar analytical role

• Understanding of forecasting methodologies for customer and non-customer-facing teams

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modelling

• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely

• Ability to work with multiple projects to support a growing business

• Strong organisational and time management skills

Regretfully we are not able to sponsor applicants for immigration purposes at the current time.
