Role Overview

The Houston office of Clifford Chance seeks transactional associate attorneys in the Firm's Corporate group.  Experience in M&A, divestitures, joint ventures, and minority / majority investments in the Energy & Infrastructure sector is strongly preferred.

Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2020.

Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).

Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $365,000 to $420,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience.
