Electrical Superintendent – Multi-Site Projects

We’re looking for a driven and experienced Electrical Superintendent to join our growing team. If you take pride in leading field operations, enjoy the fast-paced nature of multi-site commercial projects, and are ready to roll up your sleeves and lead from the front—this could be your next great opportunity.


In this role, you'll be the go-to expert overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across various commercial project sites in North Carolina, and South Carolina. Some projects may involve overnight travel, so flexibility is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:


-Leading the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems in commercial buildings


-Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to map out system layouts


-Testing and inspecting electrical systems and components to ensure peak performance


-Diagnosing and resolving electrical problems and carrying out repairs or replacements as needed


-Collaborating closely with other trades to keep jobs on schedule and within budget


-Maintaining strict safety standards and complying with all regulations and site requirements


What We’re Looking For:


-Strong experience working as a Commercial Electrician or in a similar leadership role


-Confident reading blueprints and interpreting complex technical drawings


-Strong working knowledge of commercial and industrial electrical systems


-Comfortable using hand tools and electrical testing equipment


-Understanding of high-voltage systems and strict adherence to safety practices


-Familiarity with the National Electrical Code (NEC)


-Skilled in reading schematics and troubleshooting


-Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills


-Strong communicator and team leader, able to work collaboratively on active job sites
