This is a part time, seasonal position that will average 20 hours per week and run through October 2025. Our Marketing Coordinator will work flexible hours in a hybrid capacity based out of our office location in Eagle, Colorado. Occasional weekends and travel required to support on the ground events.

Job Description

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns, manage content, and represent REVER at key events. This role requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking to optimize marketing efforts and ensure alignment with REVER’s brand values and goals.

The REVER app is a motorcycle trip planner and GPS route tracking app designed for adventure. It allows users to discover and explore over 3,000 motorcycle road trip maps worldwide. The app's features include a motorcycle ride tracker that works without cell service, a motorcycle route planner for creating custom rides, and a motorcycle GPS with offline maps, turn-by-turn directions, and voice guidance. REVER also offers social features like live friend tracking and challenges to keep riders motivated and connected through recording and sharing rides with their friends. 

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Digital Domination:
    • Craft and launch awesome paid digital campaigns to grow our rider base.
    • Become a social media wizard, managing our @revermoto Instagram account to curate engaging content that sparks conversations and builds our community.
    • Dive into analytics and uncover insights to optimize campaigns and boost ROI.
    • Team up with our creative crew to produce eye-catching graphics, videos, and killer written content.
  • Rider Retention Rockstar:
    • Manage fun in app rider challenges and sweepstakes, interacting directly with our community to build loyalty.
    • Help create and deploy email and push notification campaigns that keep riders engaged.
    • Brainstorm and implement fresh ideas to enhance user engagement.
  • Event Adventure Seeker:
    • Assist in planning and executing epic events, from grassroots gatherings to large-scale rallies.
    • Represent REVER on-site, connecting with riders and sharing the REVER experience.
    • Gather feedback and help us make our events even better.
  • Bonus Round:
    • Keep our app content fresh and exciting.
    • Help create awesome marketing materials for campaigns and events.
    • Forge partnerships with external organizations to expand our reach.
    • Work with all departments to make sure marketing is aligned with the overall company goals.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Certification in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required.
  • 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, event coordination, or a related field (internships count!).
  • An active rider with genuine passion for motorcycles and the riding community.
  • A solid understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Super organized and able to juggle multiple projects.
  • Ready to hit the road for events (occasional travel required).

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and campaign management platforms like Sailthru.
  • Familiarity using tracking or navigation apps.
