The Chief Executive Officer provides leadership for all aspects of the company’s operations with an emphasis on long-term goals, growth, profit, and return on investment. Responsible for all functional areas of the business.Skills/Ability:• Experienced CEO or President• Prior transaction or road show experience is a plus but not required• Demonstrated experience driving share value and EBITA with proven results• Experience in Food manufacturing or CPG including but not limited to private label or contract manufacturing a plus• Current or previous experience within a leadership position for a PE-Backed company a plus• Demonstrated track record of success in developing strategy and driving a company’s growth• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop a team• Strong commercial mindset, while operationally astute• This posting is in support of a confidential retained executive search taking place. We are currently retained on a variety of CEO roles in food, for both private and private equity seeking meat, perishable, or broader food experience for multi-site business between 3 and 28 sites.
