Craft and Technical Solutions is excited to announce that we're on the lookout for a talented Brush and Roll Painter to join our growing team in Bremerton, WA. If you’re passionate about industrial painting and have a knack for attention to detail, we’d love to hear from you! In this key role, you’ll be cleaning and preparing surfaces, utilizing techniques such as sandblasting and water blasting to ensure that each job starts off on the right foot. Your artistic side will come into play as you mix and match paint colors to achieve the perfect finish. You’ll be responsible for applying primers and paint with brushes, rollers, or spray guns while adhering strictly to safety procedures. At CTS, we pride ourselves on our safety-first approach, so you’ll always be equipped with the necessary protective gear. With your previous experience as a Painter/Blaster, you'll inspect surfaces before and after painting to ensure they meet our high-quality standards. In addition, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and cleaning your painting and blasting equipment. We value clear communication and teamwork, so excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
