Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Management
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company goals.
• Manage content calendars across all social platforms, ensuring a balance of engagement, lead generation, and brand storytelling.
• Create and curate engaging content, including photography, video, and written copy that showcases our communities, homes, and company culture.
• Monitor audience interactions and engage with followers to build a thriving online community.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and sales team to highlight key communities, available homes, and promotions.
• Optimize paid social media campaigns in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
• Track and analyze social media performance to refine strategy and improve ROI in coordination with Marketing Manager.
• Maintain a content library of approved assets and manage rights/usage for social media content.
Field Marketing & Community Engagement
• Oversee the physical marketing presence across multiple communities, including model homes, sales offices, signage, and community aesthetics.
• Plan and execute local marketing events, broker outreach, and promotional campaigns that align with corporate goals and community-specific needs.
• Ensure all sales offices and model homes consistently meet brand presentation standards through regular audits and site visits.
• Manage marketing collateral distribution, ensuring materials are current, well-stocked, and effectively displayed.
• Support Marketing Manager with coordinating vendors, designers, and contractors for signage updates, sales office displays, and model home merchandising.
• Maintain detailed records of marketing activities, budgets, and results across all communities.
• • Lead efforts to deliver a unified and consistent brand experience across digital and in-person touchpoints.
• Any additional tasks to support the Marketing Manager as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications
• 1-3 years of experience in social media management and/or field marketing.
• Strong content creation skills, including photography, videography, and copywriting.
• Experience with social media management tools.
• Experience with event planning and vendor management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple locations and initiatives simultaneously.
• Understanding of visual merchandising and environmental branding principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in CRM systems and business software (Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (significant local travel required).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience with graphic design preferred.
Key Performance Metrics
• Achieve engagement rate benchmarks and follower growth targets on social media platforms.
• Maintain response times of four business hours or less for social media inquiries.
• Drive targeted traffic to the website that aligns with company benchmarks.
• Ensure exceptional community presentation through regular audits.
• Meet or exceed traffic and visitor goals for model homes and sales offices.
• Achieve cost-per-visitor targets for local events and campaigns.
• Maintain marketing collateral accuracy and budget adherence.
• Generate a positive ROI on social media campaigns and local marketing events.
