Data Privacy Analyst, Bulgaria

Our Chief Information Security Officer reports directly to the CEO, underscoring the prioritization of security in our organization's hierarchy.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handling Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and ensuring timely and compliant responses;
  • Handling Requests for Information (RFIs) from law enforcement and regulatory authorities;
  • Processing other privacy-related requests and tickets within the privacy team’s operations;
  • Supporting the Data Privacy Managers and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in daily tasks;
  • Assisting in drafting privacy-related documentation, including internal procedures and reports;
  • Collaborating with the team to explore and implement basic automation for privacy processes;
  • Learning and contributing to AI-driven tools that can enhance efficiency in handling DSRs, RFIs,and privacy workflows.


Job Requirements:
  • Some experience or strong interest in handling Data Subject Requests (DSRs) and RFIs;
  • Basic understanding of the EU Privacy Regulatory framework, including GDPR;
  • Enthusiasm for process optimization and automation in privacy operations;
  • A proactive and curious mindset, with a willingness to learn new privacy technologies;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work methodically;
  • Excellent communication skills in a diverse multinational environment;
  • Fluency in Bulgarian and English.

The following will be considered as an advantage
  • Some familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or other workflow automation platforms);
  • Interest in applying AI-driven solutions to privacy-related tasks;
  • Exposure to privacy compliance platforms (e.g., OneTrust, DataGuidance);
  • Any relevant privacy certification or training (e.g., CIPP/E, CIPT, or similar) is a plus;
  • Basic knowledge of privacy frameworks outside the EU (USA, Brazil, Canada, Australia) is a plus.

Under certain conditions the company offers practical inside training and refunding in case the candidate successfully passes an IAPP exam; For applicants with acquired judicial capacity, please note that you will be able to gain legal experience as per the Bulgarian Bar Act;
