Technical Partnership Manager

The Technical Partnership Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing strategic partnerships with technology partners, ensuring alignment with our business goals and driving mutual growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Development - Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships with technology companies that align with Cubic Telecom's business objectives.
  • Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring mutual success.
  • Technical Liaison - Serve as the technical point of contact between Cubic Telecom and its partners, facilitating communication and collaboration on joint projects.
  • Project Management - Oversee the execution of partnership projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.
  • Market Analysis - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new partnerships and technologies that can enhance our offerings.
  • Performance Tracking - Monitor and report on the performance of partnerships, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration - Work closely with internal teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and support for partnership initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a technical partnership or business development role within the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making and strategy.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with partners and attend industry events.
