About the Role
Dandy is seeking an experienced GTM Recruiter to join our rapidly growing, venture-backed company. The role will be a 6-month 1099 contract position. The Recruiting team owns all the end-to-end hiring processes, candidate experience and hiring manager relationships. In this role, you’ll deliver exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growing company. What You'll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for senior-level and individual contributor positions within the GTM and G&A teams, focusing on sourcing and building relationships with candidates, creating positive interview experiences, and overseeing the offer process.
Develop creative recruiting strategies and proactively cultivate a robust pipeline of diverse A+ talent at all levels through research, social media, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to achieve hiring goals.
Serve as a strategic partner to Dandy’s leadership team by providing advice on compensation, market insights, recruiting metrics, and strategies to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting funnel.
Generate and deliver data-driven insights to business leaders to elevate and improve our recruiting processes and strategies.
What We're Looking For
5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in the GTM and G&A sectors, collaborating with hiring managers and successfully closing candidates. Proven track record of recruiting and hiring for positions at all levels, from high-volume associates to VP roles.
Excellent networking skills and the ability to effectively engage high-caliber candidates across various business functions
Exceptional communicator with the capability to persuade and advise executives on recruiting best practices, serving as a strategic business partner.
Experienced in utilizing recruiting metrics to identify challenges, provide insights, and guide decisions.
