House Cleaner

At Dapper Cleaning Services, we’re on a mission to make a meaningful impact on our clients’ lives through exceptional cleaning services in the Greater Boston area (Boston, Cambridge, Somerville, Brookline, Newton, Quincy, and communities within a 30-40 minute drive). We’re an independent, non-franchised company passionate about supporting our team of local heroes who share our dedication to excellence.

We’re hiring experienced residential cleaners (1+ years of paid experience) as independent contractors for full-time or part-time roles. Earn approximately $30/hour (before tips and bonuses)—with weekly earnings of $500-$1,000—while enjoying the freedom to set your own schedule through our user-friendly mobile app. You choose your jobs based on your availability, whether it’s 3 days a week or full-time hours. Your time, your terms!

As a contractor, you’ll focus on cleaning while we handle advertising, scheduling, estimates, customer service, and billing. Build trusting relationships with repeat clients who value your work (and often tip generously!). This is a 1099 role—you’ll work independently with your own equipment and supplies (resources available for obtaining insurance if needed).

  • Be 100% reliable, arriving at every job on time and well-prepared
  • Take full accountability and ownership to ensure clients are completely satisfied with your service
  • Work autonomously, proactively solving problems with confidence
  • Follow our Service Checklist to ensure proper protocol for every cleaning job.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and our team to understand specific cleaning needs and preferences
  • Communicate with our team throughout the day regarding any issues or updates to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Must have 1+ years of PAID experience in residential cleaning (deep cleans, moving cleans, routine cleans)
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently
  • Good communication skills to effectively interact with clients
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to get to client's homes
  • Provide your own cleaning supplies for residential cleaning jobs.
