Nous recherchons actuellement un Consultant Plurimedia Senior H/F à Toulouse au sein de notre agence dentsu France. 

MISSIONS  

Vous serez rattaché(e) à l’équipe dentsu Trading Local sous la responsabilité d’une directrice de clientèle pluri-média, vous serez en lead sur la majeure partie de votre portefeuille clients, en charge de la recommandation media jusqu’à mise en place des campagnes clients et achat d’espace médias locaux. Vous participerez à différentes missions soit en lead soit en lien avec les équipes conseil en charge du pilotage de certains comptes clients : 

Elaboration de stratégie media 

  • Définir des stratégies de communication média (TV, radio, digital, presse, etc) en fonction des objectifs et du budget des clients. Rédaction des recommandations argumentées ;  
  • Proposer des plans media sur-mesure en choisissant les canaux les plus pertinents ;  

Gestion de la relation client 

  • Assurer la communication quotidienne avec les clients afin de comprendre leurs attentes et ajuster les stratégies en conséquence ;  
  • Participer à des réunions de suivi avec les clients pour présenter les recommandations, le plan d’action et les résultats ;  
  • Veiller à la satisfaction des clients ;  

Planification et suivi des campagnes 

  • Piloter la mise en œuvre des campagnes media et assurer leur suivi opérationnel ;  
  • Négociations avec les régies publicitaires ;  
  • Analyser les performances des campagnes et proposer des optimisations ;  
  • Edition des devis d’achat d’espace ;  
  • Suivi administratif des campagnes. 

 

PROFIL 

  • De formation supérieure Bac+3/Bac+5, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 4 ans sur un poste similaire idéalement en agence media ;  

  • Vous avez impérativement une expertise plurimedia ;  

  • Vous savez adopter une bonne posture client et êtes en capacité de générer des opportunités business (prospection, crossell , upsell) ;  

  • Doté(e) d’un excellent relationnel, vous savez assurer une proximité avec le Client et répondre parfaitement aux attentes du Client (écoute active, compréhension du besoin, capacité à challenger, capacité à briefer, pertinence des réponses) ; 

  • Vous êtes curieux(se), réactif(ve) et passionné(e) par le secteur des média (compréhension des évolutions médias, intérêts pour les innovations) et les problématiques de stratégie de marque ;  

  • Vous saurez démontrer vos talents de négociateur et de diplomate mais également votre capacité à innover ;  

  • Vous savez travailler en équipe ;  

  • À l'aise avec les données chiffrées, vous avez de bonnes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse ainsi qu’une excellente maîtrise bureautique (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) 

  • Vous avez un bon niveau d’anglais
