Job Description

The Driver is responsible for providing safe and timely transportation of clients to and from the facility for intake, discharge, and other appointments. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and timely transportation of clients to and from the facility for intake, discharge, and other appointments, along with any additional outside appointments. 
  • Applicant must demonstrate a courteous, professional, and compassionate demeanor towards clients. 
  • Applicant will be required to follow all policies and procedures regarding safety. 
  • Applicant will be required to adhere to driving safety standards and the facilities expectations (no texting, smoking, and other vehicle rules).  

This is an on-call position that will work as needed. 

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Must be 21 years of age 
  • Have a valid Drivers license 
  • Have an acceptable driving record which will be verified through the state DMV; no outstanding violations permitted. 
  • Must be comfortable driving passenger vans and SUV's 
  • CPR training will be provided.
