As a Customer Experience Specialist - Bilingual at PosiGen in Houston, TX, you will be the friendly voice guiding our customers through their inquiries about system performance and maintenance. You’ll ensure that every interaction is rooted in professionalism, contributing to our team's objective of delivering top-notch customer experiences. With a focus on compliance and quality standards, you will handle customer data meticulously, ensuring that our records are always up to date. Your experience in customer service, along with your bilingual abilities in Spanish and English, will allow you to tackle customer concerns effectively and keep communication flowing smoothly. We believe in creating a collaborative environment, so you’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues that may arise.
