Job Description

Your main goal will be

  • A) Offer-side →  increase the number of clinics and doctors integrated with insurers' portals as well as insurance availability in our platform and B) demand-side → increase bookings coming from insured patients.
  • Improve insurance penetration in our Marketplace by:

    • Understanding doctors' & clinics' pain points and how to effectively tackle them with our solutions (including pitch & product).

    • Understanding and improving, together with the product, patient journey to create a seamless experience.

  • Lead: Ensure the project team adheres to all standards and processes as defined.

  • Be the researcher and beta tester to build qualitative & quantitative business cases to understand and validate assumptions and follow up on their implementation.

  • Own any data requirements related to the project with support from other stakeholders.

  • Implement & and lead strategies (together with Sales / CS) to increase adoption, creating touchpoints, processes, and ICPs and iterating the itch.

  • Strong stakeholder engagement is essential for creating and maintaining relationships with many partners, such as clinic managers, insurers, IT teams, product teams, or other third parties.

  • Follow up on the project's main KPIs, problem-solve, and define and implement initiatives to achieve our objectives.

Qualifications

So if you:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience in Project Management

  • Are excellent in analyzing and synthesizing data to provide actionable recommendations; leverage analytical models and frameworks to recommend actions

  • Know what it takes to be a successful consultant to external customers, but also be “hands-on” and work with different stakeholders (secretaries, managers, etc.)

  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset

  • Think solution-oriented

  • Have experience in a fast-paced, constantly changing start-up environment

  • Have excellent communication skills (both written and oral), including strong reporting and presentation skills.
