As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic priorities, working closely with our C-Level executives and departmental heads. What You’ll Do:

Own and drive strategic priorities in collaboration with the leadership team, ensuring to align focus, resources, and execution on high-impact initiatives.
Act as a thought partner to the CEO, providing decision-making support through analysis, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Ensure Cross-Functional Alignment – Bridge the gap between teams, fostering clear communication, accountability, and coordination.
Lead High-Impact Projects – Own company-wide initiatives, driving execution from concept to completion with measurable results.
Shape Organizational Growth – Identify inefficiencies, optimize processes, and implement structures that support scale and performance.
Support Decision-Making – Prepare key insights, reports, and recommendations to enable data-driven executive decisions.
Be the first point of contact for leadership inquiries, fostering open communication, alignment, and clarity across the organization.

Who You Are:

2+ years of experience in High-Performance Environments – Background in top-tier consulting, venture capital, investment banking, or a fast-paced startup preferred.
Proven ability to define and deliver strategic initiatives while managing multiple stakeholders. You see the big picture, break down complex challenges, and create actionable solutions.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and accountability. You anticipate challenges and act before they become roadblocks.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a sharp attention to detail.
Strong communicator and influencer, able to engage across all levels of an organization. You bring clarity to chaos, ensuring priorities and execution are always aligned.
Fluent in English; German is a plus, additional languages are beneficial.
