Job Description
Operate all equipment.
Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler
Prepare product.
Receive and process telephone orders.
Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator). Must be able to make correct monetary change. Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders. Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed. Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen. Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions. Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders both over the phone and in person. Deliver product by car and then to door of customer. Deliver flyers and door hangers. Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within designated delivery area. Must navigate adverse terrain including multi-story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

As a Delivery Driver at our Wilmington location on 401 S. Market St., you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and efficiently! Your day will start with loading up your vehicle with ingredients and supplies—from the delivery area to the storage and walk-in cooler. Once you're on the road, you'll not only deliver products by car but also ensure they reach the customer's door with a smile. A big part of your job will include processing customer telephone orders accurately, taking inventory, and maintaining cleanliness of your work area. We value strong communication, so you'll need to interact with customers and colleagues regularly, both over the phone and in-person. You should be able to demonstrate strong motor coordination as you handle orders and navigate through various terrains. Whether it's multi-story buildings or private homes, you will be expected to read maps and find the quickest routes while carrying products. If you have a good sense of direction and can handle cash transactions with ease, this is a fulfilling position where your contributions truly matter.
