About the Role
The Global Mobility Lead plays a key role in supporting the company's international workforce by ensuring compliance with global mobility regulations and managing mobility-related processes. You will be the primary point of contact for visa renewals, immigration questions, relocations, and cross-border work requests. You are detail-oriented, responsive, and experienced in navigating complex global mobility issues. You will be based in our New York City or Princeton New Jersey office reporting to the SVP, People Services, Compensation & Rewards.
