What you will do
We are seeking a driven and creative Business Development Manager to join our growing commercial team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will play a key role in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through innovative lead generation techniques.
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years experience in a similar business development role, with strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting, HubSpot CRM, and creative outreach techniques, including video messages.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Proactively identify, research, and reach out to potential leads using a mix of digital channels and techniques including LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.
Outreach Campaigns: Create and execute targeted, multi-touch outbound campaigns using HubSpot and other prospecting tools.
Video Prospecting: Use video tools to create engaging, personalised outreach messages that resonate with prospects.
Pipeline Development: Qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate high-quality Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) for the Sales Manager.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales Manager and Marketing Director to refine messaging, campaigns, and lead generation strategies.
Reporting & Metrics: Maintain accurate CRM records (HubSpot), track outreach activity, and report on key performance indicators.
Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to help spot new business opportunities.
What we are looking for
3–5 years' experience in a business development or sales development role
Proven track record in outbound lead generation and qualification
Experience using HubSpot CRM or similar tools
Strong communication and storytelling skills across phone, video, email, and LinkedIn
Comfortable creating video content for prospect outreach
Highly organised, proactive, and results-focused
Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
Full UK driving licence is essential
A self-starter with a positive attitude and strong team spirit
