As a Registered Nurse at Greenberg-Larraby, Inc. (GLI), you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care within various healthcare environments. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive assessments, collaborating with healthcare teams, providing treatments, and educating patients and their families about health management. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough patient assessments and develop personalized care plans.
  • Administer medications and provide treatments per physician orders.
  • Monitor patient progress and document changes accurately.
  • Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and health maintenance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must have a BLS or ACLS Certification (please include in application).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in nursing is required; various levels of experience will be considered.
  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple responsibilities.
  • In nursing, "BLS" stands for Basic Life Support, meaning a certification in basic life-saving techniques like CPR and AED use, while "ACLS" stands for Advanced Cardiac Life Support, which signifies a more advanced certification that includes managing complex cardiac emergencies like cardiac arrest, requiring knowledge of advanced airway management, medication administration, and complex resuscitation algorithms, building upon the foundational skills learned in BLS.
