Regional Talent Acquisition Coordination Manager

About the role:

Right now, we’re on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you’ll be joining and contributing at a critical point in our evolution. Your role will stretch you as we advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies, truly living our values of Go Beyond, Do What Matters Most and Keep it Human where you will be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business. The work you do will leaving a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues that you work with.  

The Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) Manager at Haleon will work closely with Regional Talent Acquisition Coordinators, Regional Talent Acquisition Leaders, Recruiters, Human Resources (HR) colleagues and candidates to ensure a best-in-class recruitment process and effective management of administrative tasks across the end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

About the role

The Regional TAC Manager is responsible for managing a team of regional TA Coordinators, who carry out the coordination and administrative tasks that support the global TA hiring experience. The TA Administration function spans the hiring lifecycle and is integral to hiring efficiencies and global KPI’s. This role reports to the global Head of TA administration and is a strategic partner to the regional TA leaders.

Key responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the start-up of regional global Talent Acquisition end to end Coordination processes that supports the hiring experience including but not limited to; ATS job administration & compliance, interview scheduling, background checks, offer management, pre-boarding, and onboarding activities.

  • Monitor Global KPI’s aligned with the regional TA delivery leads to ensure an efficient end to end journey driven by key metrics.

  • Resolution of local/regional escalation issues with remedial action plan.

  • Oversight of a team of regional TA Coordinator team including development and performance management

  • Ongoing analysis of key data of regional talent coordination activities and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with TA CoE, regional TA leaders and People Services to ensure best practice and alignment of process.

  • Leads Regional hiring compliance and local requirements including collaboration of global policy development.

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Demonstrated command of Talent Acquisition hiring processes and the administration steps that support the end-to-end journey.

  • Experience of technology or process implementation and execution of new guidelines and/or including process changes aligned to Regional or Global Talent Acquisition full cycle process.

  • Expert knowledge of knowledge on regional hiring compliance

  • Experienced people manager can inspire high performance and team collaboration.

  • Data-driven, understands TA metrics and how they support the hiring process.

  • Solutions focused with a continuous improvement mindset.

  • Focuses on exceptional hiring processes, providing first class candidate and hiring manager experiences.

  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

  • Fluent in English

  • Fluent in one of the following languages: (German, French, Italian, Slovak, Romanian, Hungarian, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, Mandarin, Japanese)

Preferred

  • Prior experience as a full cycle Recruiter in/house or agency environment

  • Implementation of new ways of working or process improvement within a People Services function supporting a talent acquisition global or regional team

  • Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

  • Advanced Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to generate insights that generate adoption of new technologies or process.
